What do I see today!?

Promising sunshine is what I see filtering through the clouds and the trees! As I spoke yesterday of cloudy days, there is always a promise of sunshine to come!

I hear birds chirping their songs, so I turn to see where they might be....Ahhh, in the tree where the sun filters through, and I see them hopping branch to branch! I wonder if they are dancing to each others song or saying hello to their neighbors!

I don't see any squirrels as of yet, but I am sure they will be out playing here shortly! Maybe it is too early yet for them to come out and play.

The sun is shining even more brightly than just a moment ago and it is shinning right through the window and it's rays landing on my shoulder from where I sit. What a nice way to let me know God is thinking of me! Or just letting me know he is there! Hey! I can dream can't I?! hehe God gave us an imagination, so I am going to make full use of it! :D

I love how God paints me a picture everyday for me to enjoy and interpret his works the way I see it! It is like his own personal gallery and I get to see it everyday and oooh and ahhh over his works of art!

And now the sun is hiding behind a cloud. I guess, God was just saying hello and a good morning to me! :) He has lots of work to do, so I understand! hehe :D

Off I go to venture my today and find what awaits me!

From my chair I see...

It is a beautifully cloudy day! Now I am sure your saying to yourself...What is so beautiful about a cloudy day?...

I will tell you! Each day is a blessing and a gift...a new day to enjoy...so many new adventures and another day to add to your journey through life!

Today I see bare trees that whisper to me of the promise of Spring! I see a squirrel making it's way across the wires of the power poles. The squirrels are so full of energy and spunk and so playful! They are a joy to watch from where I sit! I see clouds and lots of them with a promise of a sunny day! I see brown grass with the promise of a summer day where it is fully green and lush! And Oh! There is nothing like walking barefoot through the cool grass on a summers eve! That cold winter air whispers a promise of a warm summer breeze on a sultry summer day!

I see cats chase leaves as they scatter with the breeze. See we live in the country, so there is no sense in raking leaves. So many trees I see from where I sit. Tall...very tall pine trees and many other varieties that are unknown to me.

Winter isn't so bad now is it?! Think of all the promises that nature tells us! And we know that these promises come true with every season! I really don't see winter as a bad thing...I see it this way... think of how hard nature works for us all spring and summer giving us cool breezes and some trees offer fruit or nuts. And then in the Fall the trees bare their souls to us when they shed their leaves. I see all these bare trees resting for the other seasons yet to come!

Now try visualizing your world as you want to see it! And remember, God paints us a picture everyday!

Sitting here staring at the monitor screen for at least five minutes, not really sure where my mind is at this morning. I decided to glance out the window, and I see this beautiful robin basking in the morning sun. He is still sitting there  motionless enjoying the warmth. I swear it is the biggest robin I have ever seen! His breast is magnificent, a beautiful orange-red color and looks to have had his fill in worms and such. As I glance back out the window to see him once again, he has gone and flown off to some unknown destination. What a freedom to have! I have often wondered what it would be like to be a bird and fly where ever you want to go. They can fly way up high and then perch on the highest tree. Oh the sights they must see! The birds eye view has got to be the best as far as I can imagine, especially since I have never even been on a plane. What a luxury for such a small creature! Why wonder they sing so merrily!

What simple pleasures we have to enjoy and things to wonder about. God truly is the greatest artist!

Most of us go on about our day and not even take notice of all the nature that God has provided us with. Most live a very busy and hectic life, but to just stop and breathe for just a couple minutes and soak up a sun ray or catch a snowflake on your tongue. Such simple pleasures can change the whole outlook of our day.

Have you ever just smiled at someone you don't know, just to watch their eyes light up and smile back at you? Share a smile with someone today...I bet it will not only lighten your day..but theirs as well.

Hey! Howdy Doo Neighbors!  Welcome! I have a new blog! I still have to figure out how to get my banner on here..the file name is all wrong so I will do some checkin on that! Not sure if I will keep my other blog running now or not! I kinda like this one! LOL But, I will hang onto it in case I run into problems with this one! Let's hope for the best! Ahhh! Nevermind! I got it! LOL

I will be adding a bit more on this blog here shortly! Give me time to figure it all out! Looks pretty easy so far! I will leave you for now with a piece of art that I just completed! Enjoy!
